- Follow the agent setup instructions to connect Claude Code or Codex.
- Tell your agent what changed and ask it to prepare a Change Request.

Check that you're using the right Atlassian account and have access to the spaces or projects you want to use. Your site may also require an administrator to allow the connection.
Something isn't working?
Describe the problem to your connected coding agent. For workspace members, the agent can investigate and send a support report when it encounters an Understudy failure. Reports are visible only to the person reporting and authorized Understudy support staff.
